Repair super club - painting, replace glass, repair doors, millwork, remove timt, repair sidewalks per 13-33719-vcgen.

To make general exterior repairs as follows, per vcc lifting of stop work order on 08/07/13: remove remainder of red film from interior of all windows. Remove all ground level exterior spot lights & conduit. Replace all broken glass/improperly installed plexiglass in windows and doors, with un-tinted clear glass; reglaze with proper putty. Repair/replace any damaged millwork/doorframes to match existing. Remove all graffiti/prep as required for painting. Repair damaged sidewalks, as necessary, all to specifications of department of public works. Paint entire ground floor wall area, color to match existing. Paint all trim to match existing. To prepare for painting by sanding (rotary sanders cannot be used), making minor millwork and masonry repairs as necessary to match existing conditions (masonry mix must be soft with portland cement content not to exceed 1 part to 12) and to paint as necessary as follows to match existing conditions (all paint sherwin williams or equivalent): stucc
